Voodoo Sticks or One Crazy Fat Tuesday

And the day came when voodoo worked it's magic. It may have been a ritual gone wrong. It may have been a fluke (or maybe it was the voodoo sticks) but one Fat Tuesday, the animals took over. It was the day animals turned into people instead of people turning into animals. Time would only tell if things would go back to the way they should.
One crazy night...the animals turned into people.
They drank
They danced and danced

They partied
And before they knew it, it was after midnight
and then, the potion wore off
and there was no more rum
and Fat Tuesday was over
And the next morning came way too quickly

*Disclaimer* No straws were shared with our pets, nor were they given alcohol. They were used purely for entertainment purposes only. The adults on the other hand are another story.*

Soak Skewers in water.
Slice Andouille as pictured.
Season the chicken LIGHTLY with salt and pepper. The Andouille will also lend some of it's flavor to your chicken.
Secure your voodoo sticks with extra toothpicks if necessary.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour
Serve over a bed of your favorite Cajun rice.
I Guar-un-tee it'll freak your friends out!!
