The Siberian Mule
In a magical land called Siberia, limes turn into a creamy frozen sherbet and when added to the traditional ginger beer and vodka, the Siberian Mule is born. It's a refreshing version of the original Moscow Mule but made for the summer months when a taste of Siberia is most welcome. Add a little mint and it's a cool winter wind saving one from a cruel summer heat....
(OK summer....that's your cue, enter stage left!!!!)
Ingredients
Premium Russian Vodka (or Swedish if that's all you have)
Ginger Beer
Lime Sherbet
Sprigs of Mint
Tear a couple mint leaves, rub them between your fingers and drop them in a glass.
Add one ounce of vodka.
Add a large scoop of lime sherbet.
Fill to the top with ginger beer.

Stay cool my friends, stay cool.
