After having taken a trip to "Little China" last weekend and coming home with all kinds of new flavors and ingredients as well as stopping at the place that makes the best pad thai we've had yet (and surprisingly it's not a thai restaurant!), I wondered if I would be able to duplicate that same pad thai flavor into a smoothie.
The result is kind of like a peanut butter milk shake with a kick!
Vanilla Coconut milk
2 tbs Plain organic yogurt
1 heaping tbs Peanut butter
1 tbs Honey
1 tbs Siracha
A banana
Add a few ice cubes and blend!


Once I pick up another bottle of sriracha (amazing how fast I go through the stuff) I'll try this and let you know what I think.
